{"id":3414,"date":"2025-10-03T06:04:11","date_gmt":"2025-10-03T06:04:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.uopazin.hr\/?p=3414"},"modified":"2025-10-03T06:04:11","modified_gmt":"2025-10-03T06:04:11","slug":"jesen-na-pijatu-u-sredisnjoj-istri-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.uopazin.hr\/?p=3414","title":{"rendered":"Jesen na pijatu u sredi\u0161njoj Istri"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Na podru\u010dje sredi\u0161nje Istre se po peti put vra\u0107a gastronomska manifestacija Jesen na pijatu, u sklopu koje mo\u017eete u\u017eivati u jesenskim okusima, mirisima i bojama na pijatima ugostiteljskih objekata u sredi\u0161njoj Istri. <!--more--><span id=\"more-36591\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ove se godine u gastronomsku manifestaciju uklju\u010dilo sedam ugostiteljskih objekta s podru\u010dja TZ sredi\u0161nje Istre, a u njihovim ukusnim menijima mo\u017eete u\u017eivati od 4. do 27. listopada.<\/p>\n<p>U Restoranu konobi Poli Banka, u Tinjanu, 2. listopada&nbsp; je najavljen po\u010detak gastronomske manifestacije Jesen na pijatu u sredi\u0161njoj Istri, koja \u0107e se peti put odr\u017eati na podru\u010dju TZ sredi\u0161nje Istre. Navedenom su predstavljanju prisustvovali direktor TZ sredi\u0161nje Istre Darko \u017dikovi\u0107, Ezio Pinzan \u2013 Pro\u010delnik upravnog odjela za poljoprivredu, \u0161umarstvo, lovstvo, ribarstvo i vodno gospodarstvo Istarske \u017dupanije, Igor Merli\u0107 \u2013 direktor Agencije za ruralni razvoj Istre, &nbsp;predsjednica ceha ugostitelja Udru\u017eenja obrtnika Pazin \u2013 Svetlana Buljan te Toni Banko vlasnik restorana konobe Poli Banka.<\/p>\n<p>Manifestacija Jesen na pijatu u sredi\u0161njoj Istri odvijat \u0107e se od 04. do 27. listopada 2025. u ugostiteljskim objektima na podru\u010dju TZ sredi\u0161nje Istre. U navedenom razdoblju, svaki dan u redovnom&nbsp; radnom vremenu, ugostitelji \u0107e nuditi razna tradicionalna jela istarske kuhinje spravljena od jesenskih namirnica na\u0161eg podneblja, a sve u cilju ja\u010danja gastronomske ponude sredi\u0161nje Istre te daljnjeg povezivanja OPG-ova i ugostitelja u razdoblju posezone.<\/p>\n<p>Jesenski jelovnik sastojat \u0107e se od predjela, glavnog jela i deserta, a nudit \u0107e se po promotivnoj cijeni. U manifestaciju je uklju\u010deno \u0161est ugostiteljskih objekata, koji nude sljede\u0107e:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Agroturizam Pod \u010ceripnjon (Sv. Petar u \u0160umi):<\/strong>&nbsp;Bruschetta s jetrenom pa\u0161tetom, prepe\u010denim lardom, lrema od kostanji \u2013 d\u017eem od \u0161ipka i brusnice, Zape\u010deni njoki s trganom svinjetinom
